Term and Conditions Of Hire :

1. The neon sign remains the property of Electro Signs Ltd / Gods Own Junk Yard LTD at all times.

2. The hire period is in accordance with dates in hire contract.

3. A £50 deposit for each sign/prop hired is required, payable by cash or credit/debit card before hire begins. This is refundable on return of sign or prop in full working, undamaged condition and returned within the agreed hire period.

4. In addition to deposit we also required credit/debit card details which are kept for the hire period. The card will only be charged if :
* The sign or prop is not returned within 7 days of end of hire period the full value of the item will be charged.
* If any damage has occurred, repair cost above the deposit will be charged.
* The neon or prop is returned late addition days will be charged at £30.00 + VAT per day above the deposit taken.

5. The sign or prop must not be used outdoors unless specifically agreed and manufactured for outdoor use before leaving our premises.

6. The sign or prop is supplied with a UK plug top for use only on mains 240V sockets.

7. The sign or prop will be supplied (where applicable) with hanging fixings. The sign or prop must not be modified.

8. The sign or prop must be returned undamaged and delivered in the same packaging it was collected.

9. The hire price does not include delivery/collection costs. Please ask for quotation to use our designated vehicle service. Any damage incurred during transport by others will be responsibility of hirer and charged accordingly.

Neon hire collections and returns from our main office Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. At weekends collections and returns from Gods Own Junkyard between 11am and 5pm if pre booked.

All prices are for 7 days hire and exclude VAT and delivery / collection. Discounts are availble for hire of 3 or more signs or for longer hire durations - please call or email for more information.
